Trading and Settlements Analyst

Edward D. Silvera, Esq. joined Global Fund Exchange as a Trading and Settlements Analyst. Mr. Silvera brings a legal background focused on financial services, commercial transactions and compliance to Global Fund Exchange. Mr. Silvera passed the July 2011 New York State bar examination, has a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. from Brandeis University. Additionally, Mr. Silvera interned and clerked for United States Bankruptcy Judge Stuart M. Bernstein of the Southern District of New York and Supreme Court Justice Sidney F. Strauss of the Queens County Supreme Court during his first and second summers of law school, respectively. While attending Syracuse University College of Law, Mr. Silvera worked with a commercial real estate firm focused on acquisitions, redevelopment and financial underwriting.
